Job Mission:

Act in the management and control of costs and investments for offshore projects and assets, ensuring the reliability of information, budgetary governance, and support for the company's strategic decisions.

Responsibilities and assignments

Your day-to-day at Brava Energia:

• Prepare, consolidate, and control CAPEX, OPEX, and ABEX budgets for the projects and assets of the Offshore Operations Directorate, ensuring governance and the reliability of financial information;
• Monitor expenditure execution, performing critical analyses of costs, budget deviations, and correct accounting of expenses;
• Develop and update cost planning, forecasts, and financial projections for projects, considering the progress of operations, contracts, and different business scenarios;
• Act in an integrated manner with areas such as Strategic Planning, FP&A, Procurement, Controllership, and Treasury to ensure the monitoring and budgetary control of projects;
• Prepare indicators, management reports, and monthly provisions, providing analyses that support decision-making and the management of offshore investments;
• Provide budget and cost information to internal and external stakeholders, including managers, consortia, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements and qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
• Solid experience in planning, cost control, and project budgeting, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry;
• Advanced English;
• Advanced Excel and mastery of the Office Package;
• Knowledge in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management of projects;
• Knowledge of financial mathematics and economic evaluation of projects (EVTE);
• Experience with ERP SAP, PS (Project System) module;
• Strong analytical capacity, critical vision, and communication skills to act in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.

Desirable

• Knowledge of project management;
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements (DRE and Balance Sheet);
• Knowledge of VBA and statistics
