About the company

At Braskem Idesa, we are looking for active students from the 4th semester onwards who wish to gain professional experience by participating in real projects within our Intelius and Continuous Improvement team. Your tasks

  • Provide support in the coordination of events and activities for the area.
  • Participate in the registration and follow-up of findings derived from internal audits.
  • Support the updating and follow-up of training and certifications.
  • Provide support in the management and follow-up of the OPEX project portfolio.
  • Participate in the analysis of information and indicators for the area.
  • Support the management of evidence and action plans derived from audits.
  • Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency.
  • Develop an improvement project using Lean, Six Sigma methodologies, or other applicable tools.
  • OPEX project management.

Requirements

  • Active student from the 4th semester onwards in Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Administration, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or related careers.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel.
  • Interest in developing in areas of continuous improvement, information analysis, and project management.
  • Desirable knowledge in Power BI or data visualization tools.
  • Availability from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday.
  • Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
