We are looking for: Purchasing and Contracts Analyst (Temporary for disability coverage)

What you need:

• Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, contracting of services, or related areas.
• Intermediate English.
• Desirable knowledge in SAP, Coupa, or similar tools.

Your main challenges will be:

• Participating in bidding processes for the contracting of industrial services.
• Analyzing technical and commercial proposals from suppliers.
• Participating in commercial negotiations to obtain the best contracting conditions.
• Generating purchase orders and following up on contracting processes in SAP or Coupa.
• Managing the registration and modification of suppliers.
• Following up on confidentiality agreements and contractual closures.
• Managing area indicators and supporting the control of information related to suppliers and contractors.

Technical knowledge and Skills you need (Mandatory Requirement):

• Purchasing and contracting of services.
• Bidding and negotiation with suppliers.
• Supplier management and evaluation.
• SAP, Coupa, or similar ERP systems (desirable).
• Intermediate Excel.
• Office suite.
