Your function Are you as ambitious as our organization and do you want to work at one of the fastest-growing companies in the FMCG? Then we offer you the opportunity to close Real Deals every single day as a Senior Buyer A-brands HPC, together with a team of energetic and ambitious colleagues in Breda. As Senior Buyer, you are responsible for the procurement of Home and Personal Care products at the largest HPC supplier of Brand Masters. Your focus lies on aligning the right procurement and assortment agreements and growing the product portfolio, based on market data and consumer trends. You are expected to manage the complexity of this supplier both within Brand Masters and with the supplier itself.

We offer you As Senior Buyer, we offer you a base salary of €4,891 to €6,987 gross per month, obviously depending on your experience. In addition, you can expect more from us: A position in which you will further develop your negotiation skills at a high level;

What will you do? Your function as Senior Buyer is comprehensive and partly determines the success of our organization. For 2 years, there has been a major focus within Brand Masters on growing the Home and Personal Care categories. With a continuous stream of innovations, it is a core task to manage this effectively and coordinate it through a Joint Business Plan. Both internally and externally. You monitor and negotiate the optimal conditions and terms for the entire portfolio;

The market holds no secrets for you. You follow developments and market data so that you stay informed about "new releases";

Based on market data, samples, and logistical information, you make procurement decisions;

You check, manage, and coordinate the purchased goods (prices, payment terms, costs, volumes, etc.);

You coordinate the distribution of the purchased goods via the product portfolio.

You are the internal representative of the supplier and manage its interests parallel to the interests of Brand Masters.

Furthermore, we request: 8+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and/or category management in FMCG; Knowledge of Home and Personal Care categories is a must!

At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent with appropriate additional qualifications, acquired through education and/or experience;

In addition to Dutch, you also have a very good command of the English language. French/German is a plus;

Knowledge of Office (advanced in Excel and PowerPoint is a must);

You are a decision maker and very result-oriented;

You are an expert in stakeholder management.
