We are looking for you, starting immediately, permanent, and full-time at the Ratingen location.

Your tasks with us:

Do you maintain an overview even with diverse HR topics and ensure that our HR work is designed professionally and in a future-oriented manner? Then become part of our team and support us in all areas of human resources.

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: You manage the entire recruiting process for commercial and technical employees, from the job advertisement and applicant communication to the successful filling of our vacancies, and work closely with our specialist departments.
• Accompanying Vocational Training: You look after our trainees during their entire training period, support the specialist departments, and actively participate in attracting new young talent.
• Keeping an eye on HR Controlling: You support the creation of evaluations, statistics, and reports and provide important key figures for sound HR decisions.
• Shaping Personnel Development: You coordinate further training measures, support the implementation of development programs, and contribute to the promotion of our employees.
• Driving HR Projects: You actively participate in the further development of our HR processes and take responsibility in exciting HR projects.

Your convincing foundation:

• Successfully completed commercial training with further training in human resources management or a degree with a focus on human resources, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in human resources.
• Confident English skills in speaking and writing.
• Experience in using MS Office; knowledge of DATEV is an advantage.
• Knowledge of collective agreements, ideally in the main construction or construction-related trades, is desirable.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a confident appearance at all hierarchical levels.
