Sales Administrator
Salary: £26,000 basic + £4,000 commission (OTE £30,000) Hours: Full-time Location: Fleet, hybrid after training period
We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join a growing and fast-paced organisation based in Fleet. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in administration, customer service or sales support who enjoys working in a busy environment. You’ll become part of a supportive and ambitious team, providing essential sales administration while helping to manage quotations, customer renewals and orders. About the candidate
You’ll be a confident and personable individual with previous experience in administration, customer service or sales support. Highly organised and self-motivated, you’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working to deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy. You’ll have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach and excellent attention to detail. Good numerical skills are important, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. You’ll enjoy being part of a team, bring a positive and flexible approach to your work and be keen to learn and develop. Previous experience preparing quotations or working with a CRM system would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and manage quotations, renewals and customer orders
- Track orders from start to finish, ensuring information is accurate and deadlines are met
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Maintain accurate information within the CRM system
- Support the wider sales team with day-to-day administration and enquiries
- Work to agreed KPIs and service levels
