Position to be filled

As part of the reinforcement of the IT teams, we are looking for a Design Engineer / Systems Engineer specialized in Workstations M/F to intervene on a strategic perimeter at the heart of the user environment.

Your missions

You will intervene across the entire lifecycle of workstation solutions, guaranteeing a high level of quality of service and operational excellence.

Steering & coordination

• Coordinate all stakeholders within the perimeter (IT teams, production, suppliers, publishers)
• Manage project incidents and Run topics with the production GIE (CA-GIP)
• Lead monitoring and steering committees
• Ensure the coordination of deployments (SCCM packages, OS, applications)
• Manage external suppliers and publishers

Studies & projects

• Analysis of the existing environment and scoping of needs
• Estimation of workloads
• Organization and support of acceptance phases
• Performance of unit and integration tests
• Production deployment of evolutions
• Management of evolution requests

RUN & MCO

• Maintenance in operational conditions of the perimeter
• Production monitoring and incident processing
• Processing of IT, business, or regulatory assistance requests
• Writing and updating technical documentation
• Management of technical, system, and application obsolescence
• Coordination with support teams

Monitoring & innovation

• Perform technological monitoring
• Conduct studies on innovative topics with added value for the bank

Profile description:

Profile sought

• 3 to 7 years of experience in a similar position
• Sense of service and user orientation
• Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to organize, adapt, and work autonomously
• Taste for teamwork
• Technological curiosity and ability to propose solutions
• Technical English (reading and writing)
