Mission Context
A large entity specialized in IT infrastructure and production is looking for a Citrix Technical Expert Consultant (M/F) to strengthen its teams.
Mission Objectives
Provide Citrix technical expertise on critical platforms Participate in BUILD projects and the evolution of Citrix offerings Guarantee the performance, security, and availability of environments ***Provide level 4 expert support
Main Missions
Expertise & Projects (BUILD)
Be the Citrix technical referent Define technical solutions and participate in architecture projects Integrate new business applications Contribute to obsolescence and version upgrade projects ***Be proactive regarding sizing, security, and compliance
Support & Operations
Provide level 4 support to the RUN teams based in Singapore Perform knowledge transfer to operational teams Intervene occasionally during non-business hours (migrations, upgrades) ***Participate in automation and reliability actions
Documentation & Communication
Write architecture documents (HLD), procedures, and technical frameworks Develop technical roadmaps ***Present solutions to project and operational teams
