Every day, neurosurgeons around the world rely on Brainlab Cranial Navigation to plan and perform some of the most demanding procedures in medicine. As Product Manager in our Cranial team, you own a core part of this portfolio and shape where it goes next. You are the link between the operating room and our development teams. Define market requirements, including serviceability and producibility, and analyze competitors to sharpen our positioning. Manage the commercial offering, including article structure, pricing and product information, and track global sales performance to spot opportunities. Lead product launches and enable Sales, distributors and partners through training and clear roadmap communication. Partner with Product Marketing and regional teams on programs and content that drive visibility and adoption. Initiate and support clinical studies together with Clinical Affairs. Act as a technical expert in customer visits, presentations and in-depth product demonstrations.

Based in or willing to relocate to Munich, and willing to travel up to 20%. Nice-to-haves Experience with surgical navigation, imaging or other OR technology.
