Responsibilities and assignments

• Perform systematic searches for scientific articles and technical information in indexed databases to meet the demands of interface areas.
• Conduct literature surveys for products, projects, and pathologies of interest to the company.
• Prepare and support the construction of efficacy and safety reports and scientific rationales for regulatory submissions to ANVISA.
• Review and validate promotional materials, ensuring the scientific accuracy of the claims used.
• Support the elaboration of marketing claims based on robust scientific evidence.
• Capture, analyze, store, and make technical-scientific information available to internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in the area's processes, seeking greater efficiency and quality in deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with agreed deadlines, maintaining a high standard of quality even in high-demand scenarios.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed Higher Education in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related areas;
• Previous experience in Scientific Documentation or related areas;
• Knowledge of indexed databases, such as Medline, Embase, PubMed, and ProQuest;
• Experience with bibliographic research, development of search strategies, and use of keywords and filters to obtain assertive results;
• English at an intermediate to advanced level, with technical reading and writing capacity;
