Responsibilities and assignments

• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory petitions for registration, post-registration, and notifications of health products (medical devices) and food;
• Monitor deadlines and status of regulatory processes, ensuring the regularization of products with the competent bodies;
• Support the definition of regulatory strategies, assessing risks and requirements for registration, post-registration, and the launch of new products;
• Analyze technical documentation and change proposals, conducting the evaluation and opening of Change Controls;
• Evaluate trade names, packaging materials, and advertising and publicity of medicines, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and medical devices;
• Act in partnership with internal areas in the preparation and review of regulatory documents.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Pharmacy;
• Completed postgraduate studies;
• Vast experience in Regulatory Affairs, with performance in registration, post-registration, processes with Anvisa and, obligatorily, medical devices;
• Regulatory experience with food will be considered a differentiator;
• Intermediate English, with proficiency in reading and writing;
• Availability for 100% on-site work, in the Cidade Jardim region – South Zone of São Paulo.
