Position: *Retail Sales Associate* Location: London Ontario Area

*About the Role* We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, has a genuine interest in beauty and hair care, and is motivated to provide an exceptional in-store experience. This role involves customer service, sales support, inventory handling, and general store operations.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge
• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about products and services
• Escort customers to product displays, shelves, and counters as needed
• Deliver an outstanding customer service experience at all times
• Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
• Process payments by totalling purchases and handling cash, debit, credit, and other approved payment methods
• Notify management promptly of any potential security concerns
• Support inventory management by receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work area
• Keep customers informed about promotions, preferred customer sales, and new merchandise
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of hair types, especially 3A?4C textures, and related products

*Education & Experience*

*Pay & schedule:*

• *$17.60/hour*
• *Full-time: 30?40 hours/week*
• Weekday, evening, and weekend availability
• Flexible retail hours.
