Product Manager

Job Description

• Conducting user research with clients to create PRDs (Product Requirements Documents).
• Preparing technical reports on product development activities.
• Delivering technical presentations on product development activities to clients.
• Engaging in discussions with the Partnership & Strategy team to resolve issues arising during product development.
• Submitting manpower requests to fulfill job requirements.
• Monitoring, evaluating, and documenting the performance and activities of each member in ongoing projects.
• Engaging in discussions with the People & Culture team regarding the performance of each member in ongoing projects.
• Coordinating with the technology team to agree on product development plans.
• Monitoring, evaluating, and documenting the work performed by the technology team.
• Coordinating with the design team to agree on design requirements in the product development plan.
• Monitoring, evaluating, and documenting the work performed by the design team in the product development process.
• Coordinating with the Finance Team regarding the budget plan for product development.
• Ensuring that product development timelines and budgets align with agreed-upon parameters.
• Providing agreed-upon progress reports.
• Ensuring the continuity of all product development activities according to the agreed-upon plan.

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Understanding of software development processes (SDLC, waterfall, agile).
• Understanding of Products: Having a deep understanding of the products developed by the company, including their functionality, features, and usability.
• Technical Understanding: Having a strong understanding of the technologies used in software development, including programming languages, frameworks, and commonly used development tools.
• Design Understanding: Having a basic understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design to contribute to the development of products that are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Product Management Skills.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and derive insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate product requirements, present findings, and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven leadership abilities to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and foster a collaborative and innovative product development culture.
• Adaptability and Learning Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, quickly learn new technologies and domain knowledge, and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
