Corporate Lawyer

Key Responsibilities Draft, review and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements/contracts. Advise client on legal, regulatory, contractual and corporate matters. Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. Identify and manage legal and regulatory risks across the business. Assist with compliance policies, internal procedures and legal documentation. Provide legal guidance on operational, compliance and regulatory matters across multiple markets. Requirements Singapore-qualified lawyer with 5 years Post-Qualification Experience. Experience in corporate and commercial law. Good understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements. Experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements. Highly motivated and driven, resourceful and meticulous individual. Excellent verbal and written communication / interpersonal skill. Independently, multi-task efficiently, ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
