Customer Service Officer

Your tasks

• Able to answer basic Technical enquiries post by customer about TV, Fridge and Washer

• Knows the Singapore Map well as need to schedule routes for Technicians to attend for appointments.

Requirements

• Experienced in Customer Service

• Able to speak, understand and write in English

• Able to understand Mandarin and English speaking customer

• Good knowledge of using Microsoft Words and Excel for Data entry
