Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor - US Clients

We are looking for a Sales Agent who will be responsible for: Making insurance sales through telephone calls, identifying customer needs, providing advice on different coverage options, and effectively managing the commercial process. Meeting established sales objectives, applying sales techniques, and generating a positive experience for the customer. What do we offer? Salary: $1,750,905 + transportation allowance of $249,095 + commissions + legal benefits. Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with a 42-hour work week, according to scheduling. Contract: Indefinite term. Training: 5 days of training. Work location: La Aguacatala, near the Metro station.
Your tasks
- Requirements: High school graduate. Full-time availability. Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance sales in the United States, in Spanish or bilingual campaigns.
- What will your challenge be? Gaining in-depth knowledge of the campaign's products or services. Providing objective and clear advice to customers. Reporting results to their supervisor. Complying with regulations, manuals, and procedures.
