  • Help drive a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture within the People Team.

What you'll bring We're looking for someone who combines HR expertise with great relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for helping people succeed. You'll have:

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor, People Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
  • Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing a range of cases independently.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Experience coaching and supporting managers through people challenges.
  • The ability to balance empathy with sound commercial judgement.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to build credibility at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Experience using HR systems and harnessing people data to support decision-making.

Why join bpha? At bpha, you'll join a supportive and collaborative organisation that genuinely values its people. You'll have the opportunity to broaden your HR experience, contribute to meaningful projects, and make a real impact on the colleague experience. Most importantly, you'll be part of a team that works together, supports one another and is passionate about creating a workplace where everyone can succeed.
