Position and missions
Within the P&C Insurance platform, you will join an agile team within the "Indemnisations" product, in the Partner Management Center and Third-Party IT domain.
This product consists of 4 multidisciplinary agile teams. Each team is responsible for the Build and Run of its application scope.
The main technologies used are Java (Gosu) and Angular with multiple interconnections via Batch and API.
On a daily basis, your missions will be to:
- Design and write technical specifications for various projects.
- Develop solutions in accordance with Epics and User Stories.
- Guarantee the compliance of developed solutions with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the TechLead, Project Managers, and the Product Owner.
- Interact with business and technical contributors from other entities within the group.
Profile and required skills
With higher education (Master's degree) in engineering, you have at least 5 years of experience in application development roles.
You know how to work with technologies and tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, THEIA, and API.
You master:
- Application development in JAVA/JEE;
- Agile methodologies, notably SAFE and Scrum;
- Information systems security principles (directories, authentication, authorization);
- n-tier architectures and distributed infrastructures;
- Writing technical specifications and unit testing practices.
You are:
- Possessing analytical and synthesis skills;
- Recognized for your ability to present topics to diverse audiences and to convince through solid arguments;
- Dynamic and have a desire to evolve, taking initiative and autonomy in your work.
You are proficient in English with a B2 level.
