Position and Missions Within the Customer Relationship Management domain, which brings together all multichannel contact tools, you will join the Leads and Opportunities product. This product is at the heart of the customer relationship, with a rich and cross-functional scope closely linked to the BPA marketing business. It covers all marketing campaign management tools and the management of digital or agency leads.
Your mission:
- Project and evolution management
- Facilitating Scrum ceremonies: including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
- Monitoring IT developments and coordinating all stakeholders involved in projects or evolutions
- Preparing materials, participating in/facilitating various instances (project committee, steering committee) to ensure synchronization, problem resolution, and future directions
- Contributing to Product Backlog Refinement: gathering, investigating, and detailing business needs in the form of clear, concise, and testable user stories and their alignment with future strategy
- Monitoring the budget allocated to each project or evolution
- Ensuring reporting on the monitoring and progress of projects and evolutions, using Confluence & JIRA project management tools for value stream visualization
- Analyzing and monitoring the resolution of production incidents in collaboration with the development team, prioritizing an Agile approach for rapid problem resolution
- Coordinating production deployments with the BPCE IT Prod Appli team, ensuring fluid communication and anticipating upcoming iterations
- Providing assistance and support to business users
Profile and Required Skills
- Confirmed project manager in an agile context, ideally in the digital marketing field - Project management
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies - Scrum
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops in English
- Interest in AI tools
- Autonomy
- Strong interpersonal skills and a keen sense of diplomacy
- Proactivity and ability to propose solutions
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Ability to support change management
Additional Information about the Position Working time organization: Position on a "forfait jours" (day-based) basis.
