Position and Missions
The P&C Insurance Platform designs and manages non-life insurance solutions (P&C and Health) for individual and professional clients of Caisses d'Epargne, Banques Populaires, and BPCE group subsidiaries (BCP, Crédit Coopératif.). The core of insurance, sales and management processes, are carried out in the insurance IT system. Then, an integration is performed in each of the two banking IT systems, Caisse d'Epargne and Banque Populaire, to allow: Advisors to subscribe to and manage insurance from the banking workstation; Clients to subscribe to and manage insurance via the bank's internet and mobile; Banks to steer their activity. The P&C Insurance Platform is looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will also be able to develop skills in design and testing activities. If you are interested, your mission will be as follows:
- Develop in Java/Angular (15%);
- Analyze and design solutions, evolutions, or fixes on both RUN and BUILD with the help of the Pizza Team (35%);
- Test projects, solutions, fixes, versions (non-regression, integration testing, user acceptance assistance, design and monitoring of test campaigns) with the help of the Pizza Team (35%);
- Other activities (Participation in scoping, Writing technical-functional specifications, Production monitoring, Committee management.) (15%);
- Participate in the Agile rituals of the Pizza Team in charge of the Banque Populaire IT system.
Depending on current events and priorities, interventions may also take place in the Squad in charge of the Caisse d'Epargne IT system.
Profile and Required Skills
With at least a Bachelor's degree (Bac + 3) in IT, you have initial experience as a JAVA developer. You master:
- Java/Angular development (HMI and API);
- Working in Agile mode: Backlog, Sprint Planning, Retro, Daily Meeting;
- Solution design and specification writing;
- Mastery of JIRA and Confluence tools;
- Testing (X-Ray, Selenium, Octane, ALMQC) (a plus).
You are:
- Possessing interpersonal skills to work in a team and cross-functionally;
- Recognized for your autonomy and proactivity;
- Curious and able to adapt to changes.
