Talent Acquisition Specialist

Purpose of the job: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to meet the manpower needs of the Company's manufacturing facilities.

Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:

• Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job analysis, job posting, headhunting, screening and...
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment; experience in high-volume or specialized technical hiring is preferred.
• Language: Strong business English skills for drafting professional communications and interacting with international stakeholders.
