Foreign Trade Assistant

Boxer Soldas is looking for a Foreign Trade Assistant to join our Procurement team. This position will be responsible for supporting the company's import processes, performing shipment tracking, contacting international suppliers, requesting freight quotes, and supporting customs clearance routines. We are looking for an organized professional, attentive to detail, with good communication skills and an interest in developing knowledge in the field of Foreign Trade.

Responsibilities and assignmentsAssist in international freight quotes and negotiations with freight forwarders and specialized suppliers; Monitor import processes, tracking shipments and supporting the control of delivery deadlines;

Interface with customs brokers, monitoring the progress of clearance processes;

Issue import invoices and correction letters through the ERP system;

Update controls, spreadsheets, and information related to import operations;

Maintain contact with international suppliers to align information, documents, and deadlines;

Support the area with administrative demands related to Foreign Trade;

Comply with the company's safety standards and procedures.

Requirements and qualificationsDegree completed or in progress in Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related fields;Intermediate English (conversation and writing); Desirable experience or internship in Foreign Trade, Import, or International Logistics routines;

Ease with technology and interest in working with management systems and process automation; Intermediate knowledge of Pacote Office, especially Excel;

Good verbal and written communication, with the ability to interact between different teams and partners; Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor multiple processes simultaneously;
