Supply Chain Supervisor

- Plan and monitor material requirements to ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Sales departments.
- Follow up on purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and material lead times.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock availability.
- Analyze supply chain performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify operational issues and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
