Receptionist & Personal Assistant (PA)
As a Receptionist
o Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and candidates warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room. o Call & Email Handling: Manage incoming phone calls, screen inquiries, and forward relevant messages promptly. o General Office Tasks: Oversee day-to-day office administrative tasks, handle printing/scanning, file documentations, and keep track of office stationery and pantry inventory. o Facility Coordination: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception, break areas, and meeting rooms. o Mail & Courier Management: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and vendor deliveries.
As a Personal Assistant:
o Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize executive calendars, arrange internal and external meetings, and send appointment reminders. o Travel & Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation when required. o Document & Report Preparation: Draft correspondence, emails, memos, and simple administrative reports. o Task Follow-up: Track actionable items, follow up on pending operational tasks with team members, and ensure deadlines are met.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, English Literature, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Admin Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking, and organizational skills with a presentable appearance.
