Private Tutor ( Chinese)

This position reports to the manager and interfaces with Organisation managers and HR staff. He/She provides private tuition to schoolchildren in academic subjects usually at the latters homes or at tuition centres.

Individual to be involved in:

• assessing students level of ability and determining learning needs

• planning, preparing and delivering programmes of study, lessons and workshops for individual and groups of students

• preparing and presenting material on the theory of the subject area being studied

• instructing and demonstrating practical aspects of the subject area being studied

• assigning exercises and work relevant to students level of ability, interests and aptitude

• assessing students and offering advice, criticism and encouragement

• revising curricula, course content, course materials and methods of instruction

• preparing students for examinations and assessments

Requirements:

1. Customized Lesson Planning: Designing tailored lesson plans to meet individual student's learning styles, needs, and goals, ensuring maximum comprehension and retention of material.

1. Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and proficiency in the subjects being taught, including advanced concepts and practical applications.

1. Effective Communication Skills: Articulating ideas and concepts clearly and concisely, ensuring students grasp complex topics and feel comfortable asking questions.
