Job Responsibilities Handle student recruitment and admissions for Primary and Secondary programmes across all learning centres.

Attend to enquiries from parents and students via phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, online channels and face-to-face consultations.

Understand students’ academic levels, school backgrounds and learning needs, and recommend suitable programmes.

Provide parents with clear information on courses, schedules, fees, teachers and enrolment procedures.

Follow up actively with prospective parents from initial enquiry through assessment/trial class, course recommendation, registration and payment.

Achieve monthly individual and overall enrolment and sales targets.

Follow up with existing parents on course renewals, additional subjects and other suitable programmes.

Maintain good knowledge of the Singapore Primary and Secondary education system, including the MOE curriculum, PSLE and O-Level.

Coordinate student placement and class availability across different learning centres.

Work closely with Centre Managers, teachers and the operations team to ensure a smooth enrolment and onboarding process.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, enrolments and conversion status.

Support Open Houses, parent seminars, roadshows, holiday programmes and other student recruitment activities.

Collect parent feedback and market information to support admissions and programme development.

Requirements Diploma or above.

1–3 years of relevant experience in tuition centres, enrichment centres, education sales, student recruitment, admissions or customer-facing sales roles is preferred.

Candidates with strong sales experience but without prior education industry experience may also be considered.

Good understanding of the Singapore Primary and Secondary education system is an advantage.

Experience communicating and building relationships with parents is preferred.

Strong communication, interpersonal and consultation skills.

Sales-oriented and target-driven , with the ability to convert enquiries into enrolments.

Able to independently manage leads and conduct consistent follow-ups.

Good command of English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking parents and students.

Proficient in WhatsApp, WeChat, Microsoft Office and basic CRM/customer management tools.

Proactive, responsible and organised, with good follow-up skills.

Able to coordinate admissions across multiple learning centre locations.

Willing to work on weekends or support recruitment events when required.
