Business Development Representative
Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential clients or markets using cold calls, cold emails, social selling, and networking. Lead Qualification: Evaluating prospects to see if they match the ideal customer profile and have the budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT). Appointment Scheduling: Booking introductory meetings or discovery calls for Account Executives (AEs) to pitch and close deals. Pipeline Management: Recording interactions, maintaining client details, and tracking metrics in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce. Cross-Team Collaboration: Working closely with marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies and pass over high-quality leads
Requirements:
We value demonstrable outbound hustle and communication skills over traditional buzzwords: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of B2B or B2C outbound sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience A verifiable track record of hitting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting quotas Direct familiarity with cold calling, cold emailing, and modern sales engagement tools Elite active-listening and conversational skills to handle gatekeepers and early objections Exceptional written and verbal communication fluency in English.
