Export Sales Administration (M/F)

Your role:

• You take charge of managing customer orders in France and internationally, from their registration to delivery.
• Regarding the Export part, you ensure the preparation and control of all documentation necessary for shipments, taking into account the regulations and particularities specific to each country.
• You also coordinate shipments with various stakeholders and carriers, particularly in air transport, and ensure compliance with deadlines as well as the conformity of documents to avoid any blockage, especially in customs.
• You are in regular contact with international customers and partners and ensure the follow-up of files until their successful completion.

Your profile:

• We are primarily looking for an experienced profile.
• You have solid experience in Export Sales Administration and master the issues related to international air transport.
• Proficiency in English is imperative, both for written and oral exchanges.
• Experience in a regulated products environment will be particularly appreciated, notably in the sectors: pharmaceutical / health / veterinary / perfumery / cosmetics / agri-food.

Beyond your experience, your rigor and attention to detail will be decisive. In this environment, a documentary error can lead to the blockage of goods in customs: you must therefore be comfortable with complex export files and different requirements depending on the destinations.
