ERP Project Manager M/F

This job offer is entrusted to France Travail by LINDUSTRIE-RECRUTE.FR Reporting to the Project Director, you will manage the daily implementation of Odoo in a multi-company, multi-site, and multi-country context (approximately 130 users), with the support of the Odoo teams. You will build a group core model with ARTECH, then deploy it in the other subsidiaries.

• Define the project scope: meeting with subsidiaries, process analysis, organization, planning, and workshops.
• Facilitate workshops with Odoo and business units (sales, purchasing, production, stocks, quality, accounting) and arbitrate gaps from the standard.
• Build and guarantee the core model: target processes, common configuration, management rules, limited specific developments.
• Manage data migration, harmonization, and governance.
• Coordinate testing, training, and change management, and monitor adoption.
• Manage planning, budget, and risks, prepare COPIL, and lead key users.

18-month CDD Pays de la Loire (site to be agreed upon), regular travel to group sites and to Paris A structuring project, visible to general management, and remuneration according to profile and experience.

• Bac+5 (engineering school, business school, or Master's in IS / industrial engineering).
• Minimum 5 years in ERP project management, including at least one full deployment in an industrial environment (client-side or integrator).
• Experience with a multi-company or multi-site core model and data migration.
• Good knowledge of industrial SME processes; Odoo experience is a strong asset.
• Professional English, rigor, ability to unite field teams and drive change.
