Welcome to Bosch. Robert Bosch GmbH looks forward to your application!

Employment type: Temporary Working hours: Full-time Location: Renningen Tasks

Actively shape the future of energy and automotive technology by reducing CO₂ emissions and conserving resources. Novel semiconductor components are being used in power electronics for electric drives, the development of which you will help drive forward. Are you ready to realize the next generation of energy-efficient systems with Wide-Bandgap materials such as Silicon Carbide (SiC) and thus make a real difference? As part of our team, you will develop and simulate precise Wide-Bandgap power components as well as test structures. Using modern TCAD simulations, you will analyze the physical properties of the components in great detail. You will manufacture power components and test structures in the Bosch-owned research cleanroom. You will comprehensively investigate and characterize the manufactured components with regard to their electrical and physical properties. In doing so, you will build a deep understanding of the interaction between electrical properties and TCAD simulations. Based on the characterization results, you will continuously optimize and calibrate the simulation models.
