- Experience in embedded software systems
- Experience in software test (unit test, simulation test, etc.)

- Software architecture

- Responsible for the software modules strategy
- Responsible for the source code style guide in the Product Group (RHP)
- Responsible for the Software specification style guide
- Representative/Contact person to the Division in regards of Social Coding, e.g. common tools to be used during development for:
- Configuration management
- Change requests (problem tracker)
- Source code storage (including specifications)
- Software Test (e.g. simulation test, hardware in the loop test)
- Owner of the software Release Process
- Coordinator between different sites within the Product Group in regards of software architecture
- Representative/contact person to the Division for common Software architect strategy
- Be part of continuous improvement of the software development process according to technical trends and state of the art technology including tools
- Be part of the design of the electronics/hardware design
- Be part of quality improvement and optimization of existing heat pump products range
