Production Controller/Lean Coordinator

• You have a theoretical background as an economist or engineer in, for example, Industrial Management or Mechanical Engineering.
• You have a few years of experience or are a recent graduate with good academic results.
• You speak and write English at a very high level and handle Excel and Powerpoint without difficulty.
• You move easily in an international environment with many contact surfaces.
• You have a high level of ambition and are willing to develop within the company.
• You will work with the coordination and follow-up of key performance indicators and projects for production in our various factories in Europe.
• You will play a major role in developing our production system (Bosch Production System) at the factory in Tranås.
• You work in close cooperation with several other functions within the company, such as purchasing, production engineering, and IT, and support the Plant Manager in daily work.
• You will have great opportunities to influence your tasks and to be able to show results within several different areas.
