- University degree (BSc electrical engineering or similar)
- Experience in quality topics is a plus but newcomers are welcome too
- Analytical mindset
- Strong process orientation & negotiation skills
- Self-driven multitasker
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language • Ensure high production quality for our heat pumps
- Analyze production and field failures with focus on electrical and electronic systems
- Develop test systems and concepts for electrical and electronic systems
- Lead the problem solving and improvement work for upcoming topics
