*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes while supporting the kitchen staff in food preparation tasks. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth operation in our food service establishment.

*Duties*

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and food preparation areas.
• Assist in food preparation as needed, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients for cooking.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Help with the organization of kitchen supplies and inventory management.
• Support cooks and other kitchen staff by providing assistance during busy service times.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

*Experience*

• Previous experience in food service or a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness in the workplace.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
