Sales Inside Sales OEM Customers (m/f/d) – temporary

Tasks

• Holistic support of OEM customers in sales inside sales
• Trustful and cross-departmental cooperation with Key Account Managers, design, scheduling departments, as well as the financial accounting of the BORBET plants
• Commercial control and support of initial equipment projects (OEM):
• Central coordination of customer inquiries within the BORBET Group
• Creation and follow-up of offers and contracts in close coordination with Key Account Management
• Independent maintenance of master data, inquiries, and price projects in SAP
• Checking and following up on purchasing completions as well as processing orders for tools and development services
• Preparation and support of customer visits, presentations, and projects
• Creation of analyses, evaluations, and decision templates

Profile

• Vocational training in a commercial field - preferably Industriekauffrau/-mann (m/f/d) - career changers are also welcome
• Initial professional experience in sales, sales inside sales, or technical customer support
• Very good English skills (C1) required
• Confident handling of MS-Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Team spirit, commitment, and a high degree of initiative
