Boqueria Åre is looking for dedicated service staff who want to help create a warm, personal, and memorable restaurant experience for our guests. About the position As service staff at Boqueria Åre, you are an important part of our front-of-house team. You are responsible for welcoming guests, providing personal service, and ensuring that every visit is characterized by quality, energy, and care. Together with the maître d', kitchen, bar, and other colleagues, you ensure that the service flows smoothly from arrival to the end of the meal.

Your primary tasks

• Welcome guests and provide a professional, personal, and engaged reception.
• Present the menu and drinks as well as take orders.
• Serve food and drinks with a sense of quality, timing, and presentation.
• Be attentive to guests' needs and contribute to a positive overall experience.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, maître d', and other service staff.
• Ensure that the dining area and workstations are clean, well-stocked, and presentable.
• Handle payments and follow routines for service, food hygiene, and safety.

We are looking for you who have experience from a restaurant, café, hotel, or other service business and who are passionate about creating great guest experiences. You are responsible, thorough, and thrive in an environment where the pace can be high. Previous experience with à la carte service is a merit.

Personal qualities You are social, positive, and solution-oriented. You find it easy to collaborate, take responsibility for your tasks, and remain calm even when it is busy. You enjoy meeting people, have an eye for detail, and actively contribute to a good atmosphere within the team.

Requirements

• Experience from a restaurant, serving, or other service business.
• A good sense of service and a professional manner.
• Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings, weekends, and high season.
• Knowledge of food hygiene routines is a merit.
• Experience with POS systems and drink service is a merit.
