Now we are looking for a Billing Operations Specialist for our flagship product JustDone https://justdone.com/ — an AI assistant for the academic audience that helps work better with scientific papers, study, and conduct in-depth research.

The main focus of the role is to strengthen the payment team to find new business growth points, automate operational processes, and develop payment infrastructure.

You will work in the Growth team, which is responsible for the product development of the payment direction — from optimizing key metrics and testing hypotheses to developing payment infrastructure, entering new markets, and improving processes, where you will interact daily with the analytics, marketing, and product teams.

In this role, you will get:

• Practical experience working with leading market players, developing payment infrastructure, and launching new markets

• Working with key product and marketing metrics, specifically ROAS and ARPU, as well as searching for new business growth points

• The opportunity to gradually expand your area of responsibility and build a career path from Junior to Senior

Your area of influence:

• Health-check and optimization of key indicators: payment success rate, VAMP rate, chargeback rate, dispute rate, etc.

• Detailed analytics of the payment infrastructure

• Formation of data-driven hypotheses for metric optimization

• Searching for patterns and drivers of indicators with proposals for improvement or traffic distribution within the existing infrastructure.

• Searching for gaps in the infrastructure, research, and proposals for their elimination

For this, you will need:

• From 1 year of experience in Payment Operations, analytics, or operational consulting (experience in Risk Operations will also be an advantage).

• Basic understanding of the payment domain, its processes, and key metrics

• Ability to analyze data, form hypotheses, and evaluate their impact on product metrics

• Experience with Tableau, confident command of MS Excel

• Skills in forming instructions / prompts for AI (Claude)

• Understanding of the principles of operation of acquiring systems and payment gateways

• English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
