*BOOMburger and COWS (seasonal ice cream)* is looking for a new leader at the BOOMburger. We are a ?fast casual? restaurant located in Bedford West. We focus on quality local food, served by a highly engaged team that creates a great customer experience.

*Role: Management of all aspects of BOOMburger *

*Availability:* Days, evenings, weekends

*Wages:* $19/$21 hour

*Location:* 64 Dellridge Lane, Bedford, Nova Scotia

*What would I need to do at BOOMburger?*

  • Work with the Manger to provide exceptional customer service and help the team do the same
  • As part of the Management team, lead the team. Training, leadership and coaching of our staff
  • Take action! Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Help ensure operational excellence! Prepare and serve food, order products, monitor operations, report on various results
  • Balance cash and complete cash reports
  • Monitor revenues and labour expense and modify staffing to achieve labour goals
  • Ensure food safety, health and safety, responsible alcohol service are being properly followed
  • Create a positive environment for the team

*Skills and Qualifications:*

  • Management and leadership experience is essential
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A team builder and someone who can identify and develop talent
  • A self starter who takes initiative
  • High personal standards
  • Managing a team of 10 with some full time supervisors and other part time workers

*Prior food service leadership experience is required.*

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
