SEO & Performance Marketeer DACH
As an SEA & Performance Marketeer DACH at our marketing label Booking Boosters, you will ensure that more German guests spend their holidays in our clients' holiday parks, hotels, and campsites.
About your role You are a true numbers person and effortlessly combine your analytical skills with data-driven bidding strategies. Your clear goal: to scale up the paid visibility of our clients in the DACH market and convert qualified traffic into measurably higher online revenues (direct bookings). Your responsibilities More German guests: Together with the team, you will take the helm for our clients (holiday parks, campsites, and hotels) and be primarily responsible for ensuring they attract more vacationers from the DACH region via paid campaigns.
Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax): You set up powerful SEA campaigns, manage them in a data-driven manner, and continuously optimize them to get the absolute maximum out of our clients' budgets.
Data analysis & performance: You work fluently with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), are familiar with Google Tag Manager, and make decisions based on reliable data.
Budget & bid management: You monitor performance (CPA, ROAS, conversion rate), dynamically adjust bidding strategies, and scale budgets where they are most profitable.
Proactive advice & strategy: As part of our specialist team, you analyze campaign data, optimize budget allocation within campaigns, and develop cross-channel performance strategies for the DACH market.

Your profile
- You are a strong analytical performance marketer who effortlessly links campaigns to data, breathes KPIs such as ROAS or CPA, and feels at home in a down-to-earth but ambitious environment.
- You have a completed HBO or WO education.
- Languages: You have an excellent command of the German language (after all, you also know how to write clickable ad copy) and speak good English, so you can communicate with your colleagues without any problems.
- You have concrete, demonstrable experience in setting up, managing, and scaling Google Ads and using GA4.
- You are eager to learn, have a sense of humor, and preferably live in the Twente/Gronau border region or in the Zwolle region.
