Product Designer
Are you the experienced Product Designer who always knows how to grab attention with intuitive design? You translate complex backoffice processes into a seamless user experience that sets the standard in the hospitality sector. You are the driving force behind our platform's UX vision and ensure that automation and high-quality design go hand in hand for holiday parks and hotels.
What you are going to do As a Product Designer, you have a crucial role: you determine how our platform feels and works. You are involved in the entire process, from initial research to final delivery. You step into the shoes of park managers and receptionists to translate their daily challenges into simple, smart solutions. You work with our own Design System in Figma, expand it, and identify opportunities everywhere to improve processes. You switch effortlessly with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure that design and technology align perfectly. Whether it is a complex automation issue or the visual quality of a new feature; you take charge and set the course.

Who you are You are an experienced designer who takes ownership, makes complex subject matter understandable, and always understands 'why' a certain choice is the best for the user.
- You have at least HBO level of professional and thinking ability;
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer and know all phases of the process;
- Figma holds no secrets for you;
- You have in-depth knowledge of Design Systems;
- You can substantiate decisions based on your expertise, even when there is no time for extensive testing;
- You speak and write English fluently;
- You reside in the Overijssel region (Zwolle/Enschede).
