Marketing Automation Specialist
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you are the driving force behind our automated marketing processes. You ensure that campaigns are executed with optimal technical performance and build smart workflows, lead nurturing flows, and personalized customer journeys in HubSpot. You work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, data, and technology and are given plenty of room to further develop automation, signal based marketing, and AI within Booking Experts.
What you are going to do As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you are the owner of marketing automation within HubSpot. While our Content Specialists and Performance Marketeer develop campaigns and content, you ensure that everything works smartly together behind the scenes. You build and optimize workflows that automatically guide prospects through our funnel: from initial interaction to MQL, SQL, and ultimately a commercial opportunity. In doing so, you use behavior, intent data, and other buying signals to determine which action is relevant at which moment. You work closely with our Sales Operations Specialist, who is responsible for HubSpot-governance and CRM management. Additionally, you work closely with Content, Performance Marketing, Sales, and our technical teams. Specifically, you will be involved in: Setting up and optimizing marketing campaigns, e-mail flows, and lead nurturing in HubSpot;
Building and managing workflows, lifecycle automation, lead scoring, lead routing, notifications, and task flows;
Setting up and optimizing landing pages, forms, CTAs, and lead capture flows;
Personalizing e-mails, landing pages, and other content based on persona, ICP, lifecycle phase, and behavior;
Developing automated customer journeys that align with where a prospect is in the funnel;
Further developing Signal Based Marketing, where you translate website behavior, campaign engagement, event participation, product interest, and CRM signals into automatic marketing actions and sales alerts;
Supporting Account Based Marketing (ABM) with segmentations, target account automation, and personalized campaigns;
Experimenting with and implementing AI within marketing automation, for example for predictive lead scoring, personalization, and campaign optimization;
Setting up and executing A/B tests to continuously improve conversion and engagement;
Monitoring KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, CTR, and engagement, and translating these insights into concrete improvements;
Connecting HubSpot to platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Slack, and other marketing tools;
Collaborating with technical teams regarding API connections and marketing integrations.
You will be given plenty of room to experiment. Do you see an opportunity to set up automation more smartly, use new signals, or apply AI practically? Then we specifically expect you to get to work on it.
