As a Creative Brand Designer, you are the driving force behind our visual identity. You safeguard our brand, but primarily receive the space to develop it further. You translate commercial and strategic objectives into strong creative concepts and contribute your own ideas to take our communication to a higher visual level. This is emphatically a hands-on creative role: you conceive, design, and realize. From initial concept to final artwork.

What you are going to do As a Creative Brand Designer, you will get ownership over the visual identity of Booking Experts. You ensure that our brand is applied recognizably and consistently, but also dare to challenge existing choices when you see opportunities to make it stronger. You work closely with various disciplines within Marketing, including Brand, B2B Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media & Community, and Employer Branding. They come to you with commercial goals, campaigns, and content issues; you help translate these into distinctive creative work. In doing so, you are not someone who only executes a briefing. We expect you to ask questions, add ideas, and think along about how a campaign or message can make more visual impact. Specifically, you will be involved in, among other things: Safeguarding and further developing the visual identity of Booking Experts across all touchpoints;

Maintaining and improving our brand guidelines, templates, and the design system;

Developing creative concepts for international marketing campaigns, product positioning, and employer branding;

Translating commercial and strategic objectives into distinctive visual concepts;

Designing digital campaigns and marketing expressions, from initial idea to final artwork;

Developing visual assets for our website, product communication, social media, events, and other marketing channels;

Collaborating with Content Marketing and Social Media & Community to present stories in a visually strong and recognizable way;

Collaborating with Product Marketing to visualize complex product information clearly and attractively;

Thinking along with Employer Branding about the visual translation of Booking Experts as an employer;

Continuously improving composition, typography, visual language, and visual storytelling within our brand;

Experimenting with AI and modern creative tools to work faster, discover new creative possibilities, and increase the quality and consistency of our design;

Safeguarding the balance between creative quality, brand consistency, and commercial impact.

You will receive plenty of room to experiment. Do you see a new visual direction, design workflow, or AI application with which we can make our brand stronger? Then we specifically expect you to take the initiative and get to work with it.
