We are standing at a beautiful crossroads. Hundreds of recreation companies in Europe run on our platform daily. Our foundation is rock solid, and now is the time to push for the next acceleration. The market is moving fast, especially in the field of AI, and international markets demand a truly localized approach. As CPO, you bring the strategic focus and a crystal-clear product vision that the entire company rallies behind. Together, we aim for long-term results.

What you will do As CPO, you are the driving force behind our product success. You give Product a full-fledged, strategic voice at the MT table and ensure an equal balance with Engineering. You determine the 'what' and 'why'. Together with our CTO, you ensure that the 'how' aligns seamlessly. You lead a growing product team consisting of a Head of Product, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Product Copywriters, and build the structure necessary to truly scale.

Vision & roadmap that provide stability: You formulate a product vision that stands as solid as a house, both internally and externally to (potential) users. You decisively steer large strategic projects toward a successful launch.

Leading the AI revolution: You don't wait to see where AI is going. You determine where we are going with AI. From smart automations for park managers to tools that provide guests with immediate answers. You make AI a pillar of our platform, not a feature on the side.

Conquering Europe, not translating: We are making a successful advance in the UK, France, Spain, Denmark, and the DACH region. You don't just say we need market fit. You ensure we know exactly what that means in concrete terms. You analyze what is truly different per market: legislation, customs, and expectations. You align an MVP with the right stakeholders, flesh it out sharply at the right level of detail, and create realistic expectations about cost and return. This way, new markets become an executable plan rather than a wish list.

Tapping into new revenue streams: You identify commercial opportunities and translate them into features that actually generate revenue, such as our own Activity Management System. You work closely with the commercial team in this regard.

Setting up Innovation Squads: Alongside the core team that guards stability, you create space for small, agile teams that can quickly validate and build new ideas. Speed where possible, diligence where necessary.

From insight to solution: You ensure that good ideas and user insights do not get stuck in abstraction. You translate them into sharply developed, validated solutions, so that engineering builds with confidence and every feature is on target before the first line of code is written.

Optimal focus for Engineering: Through clear prioritization and strong elaboration, Engineering knows exactly where the focus lies. You provide a predictable, strategic backlog that provides stability and upon which the entire organization can build.

Your team and collaboration You are at the head of a talented product team. The Head of Product is the substantive engine of the team. You provide the team with the structure, frameworks, and room to grow to take their work to a higher level. With the CTO, you form a crucial tandem. You determine the what and why; the CTO guards the technical architecture, stability, and scalability. Together with the CEO, COO, CTO, CCO, and CFO, you form an MT that is balanced on all levels: commerce, execution, finance, technology, and product innovation.

About you You are an experienced product leader who dares to think strategically and makes decisions. You feel just as at home in an MT discussion about growth and market position as in a working session with designers and engineers. Proven experience as a CPO, VP Product, or similar in a strongly growing SaaS or scale-up environment (hospitality or fintech is a plus);

Track record in building and scaling product teams (Product Management, Product Design, and Copy);

International mindset: you know how to scale and localize a product for markets such as France, Spain, the UK, and the DACH region, without the roadmap becoming fragmented;

Strong vision on the role of AI in software and concrete experience in bringing AI features to production;

Strategic and decisive: you bring structure and scalability to a dynamic, fast-growing scale-up environment, know how to separate the main points from the details, and provide engineering with a crystal-clear, prioritized backlog;

People leader who inspires talent, helps teams scale, and empowers people;

You make decisions based on data and customer contact. You do not believe in choosing between the two;

Excellent command of English. Dutch is a plus;
