Additionally, you work closely with our international Sales teams. Throughout the year, your focus shifts. During our event season from September to March, you support our Event Managers in the organization of approximately 36 international events. Outside of this period, the emphasis lies more on marketing projects, campaigns, and commercial initiatives. Specifically, you will be involved in, among other things: Supporting the execution of international marketing campaigns;

Coordinating marketing projects and monitoring schedules and deadlines;

Contributing to customer cases, videos, photography, and other reference projects;

Supporting the implementation and further development of our partner program;

Contributing to product launches and commercial campaigns;

Coordinating marketing materials and communication towards our international teams;

Supporting various Marketing disciplines when extra capacity is needed;

Identifying opportunities to organize processes, schedules, and collaboration more smartly.

During the event season, you also support our Event Managers with the operational organization of international trade fairs, conferences, and customer events. You help with, among other things: Coordinating materials, suppliers, transport, and other logistics;

Monitoring event schedules, checklists, and deadlines;

Arranging travel, hotels, and transport for colleagues;

Supporting booth construction and the execution of events on location;

Processing and following up on leads after events;

Solving practical challenges that arise before and during an event.
