We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our Foodservice Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape customer communications, deliver impactful marketing campaigns and play a key role in driving engagement across our catering and small business customer base. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll oversee the delivery of the marketing plan, manage a talented team, and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, on time and aligned to our commercial objectives. You will be responsible for Leading the day to day running of the Foodservice Marketing team Managing the delivery of customer communications across multiple channels Overseeing the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activity Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Category, Sales, Trade Planning and Operations Monitoring campaign performance and using insight to drive continuous improvement Ensuring marketing activity is delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with brand standards Supporting the Head of Marketing Foodservice and deputising when required You will need Experience in marketing, communications or campaign management Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A commercial mindset with a strong focus on customers and results Experience using data and insights to improve marketing performance Previous people management experience would be advantageous Foodservice sector experience and/or a CIM qualification would be beneficial About The Company Booker is the UK's leading food & drink wholesaler.
