Senior Supply Planning Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full order cycle from foreign suppliers and contract manufacturers: from requirement confirmation to warehouse receipt.​
• Calculate and update replenishment parameters taking into account long lead times, customs procedures, MOQ, and partners' production cycles.​
• Develop optimal ordering strategies to balance service levels and inventory.​
• Interact with the procurement department regarding contract terms, with logistics regarding routes and customs clearance, and with production regarding launch schedules.​
• Coordinate production plans, specifications, timelines, and quality with contract manufacturers, acting as a single point of contact for operational issues.​
• Ensure order status transparency for internal teams through regular reporting updates and communication.​
• Identify bottlenecks in import and contract manufacturing processes, propose and implement improvements (cycle reduction, reduction of manual entry, data standardization).​
• Develop and maintain analytical tools (primarily Excel) to monitor goods in transit, delay risks, and supplier efficiency.​
• Conduct plan-vs-actual analysis of deliveries: identify causes of deviations, prepare recommendations to minimize risks.​
• Generate regular reporting on order status, transit inventory, forecast accuracy, and replenishment efficiency.​
• Participate in assessing the reliability of suppliers and contract partners based on data regarding delivery timelines, quality, and completeness of supplies.​

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in supply planning or inventory management (Senior Specialist or Lead Analyst level).
• Proven experience working with foreign suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Understanding of inventory management: knowledge of methodologies for calculating and maintaining safety stock, ability to balance service levels and turnover.
• Ability to calculate and update order parameters taking into account Lead Time, MOQ, production cycles, and customs clearance timelines.
• Skills in plan-vs-actual delivery analysis and providing business recommendations based on stock analysis results (managing excess, non-moving stock, stock-out risks).
• Process optimization skills: identifying bottlenecks, data standardization, and reduction of manual labor.
• Ability to build transparent cross-functional communication with procurement, logistics, and production departments.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• English language at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
