Plant Director

Your tasks

Strategic planning and budgeting. Formation of long-term goals, development of annual and quarterly production plans, budgets, and key initiatives to increase efficiency.

Ensuring the fulfillment of production plans. Monitoring compliance with output volumes, deadlines, and product quality standards.

Cost management. Cost optimization, increasing labor productivity, and controlling margins.

Organization of the quality system. Implementation and monitoring of compliance with standards at all stages of production - from incoming raw material inspection to final inspection of finished products.

Ensuring occupational safety and environmental compliance. Monitoring compliance with occupational health, industrial, and environmental safety standards.

Personnel management. Recruitment of key executives, development of employee competencies, motivation, and performance evaluation of the team.

Planning and controlling equipment maintenance and modernization. Organization of repairs, preventive maintenance, and management of capital projects.

Coordination of all departments. Ensuring interaction between production, procurement, logistics, technical department, quality service, HR, and finance.

Implementation of process improvement methods. Application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen tools.

Interaction with external counterparties. Participation in contract negotiations, working with customers and key partners.

Preparation of management and financial reporting for owners and company management.

Response to emergency situations. Operational resolution of problems related to accidents, production shutdowns, and quality incidents.

Requirements

Higher technical (engineering, technological) or economic (production management, industrial management) education or equivalent practical experience.

At least 5 years of experience managing production or a plant at the Director/Head level, preferably in a foreign company with a full production cycle.

Deep understanding of production processes, technologies, quality systems (ISO, HACCP for food production, etc.), occupational health, and industrial safety.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods, budgeting skills, and cost management.

Ability to manage a cross-functional team, work with ERP systems 1C, IVAMS, MES systems and analytical tools, manage change, and interact with regulators.

English language at an upper-intermediate level.
