L&D Coordinator - Southampton - FTC - Up to £26.50ph

Your tasks

We're looking for an experienced L&D Coordinator to support learning operations on a 6-month contract. You'll manage learning requests, administer Workday Learning/LMS, support learners and stakeholders, coordinate suppliers, process training administration, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Ideal candidates will have

• L&D, training coordination, or LMS administration experience
• Workday Learning or HR system experience (desirable)
• Strong organisation and communication skills
