Mechanical Assembler

Job Objective:

Perform the assembly and mounting of mechanical components, structures, equipment, and systems according to blueprints, technical specifications, and established procedures.

Main Activities:

• Perform the assembly of mechanical components and systems.
• Interpret mechanical blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Correctly identify materials, components, and tools required for each job.
• Perform mounting, adjustment, and fastening of mechanical components.
• Correctly use manual and electric tools.
• Perform adjustments, alignments, and leveling of components.
• Verify that assemblies comply with established specifications.
• Perform measurements and verifications during the assembly process.
• Detect and report deviations, damages, or conditions that may affect the quality of the work.
• Support the fabrication, mounting, and installation of equipment and structures.
• Keep the work area clean and orderly.
• Take care of the tools, equipment, and materials provided for the performance of activities.
• Comply with established safety and quality procedures.
• Work together with the involved areas to meet project objectives.
• Support general workshop and mounting activities according to operational needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in mechanical assembly or mounting.
• Interpretation of mechanical blueprints.
• Handling of manual and electric tools.
• Basic knowledge of mounting and assembly processes.
• Ability to perform adjustments and alignments.
• Knowledge and application of safety measures.
• Attention to detail and orientation toward quality.
• Responsibility and commitment.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Availability to perform operational and mounting activities.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 30 and 45 years
• Knowledge: Communication, Problem solving, Automation, Quality, Assembly, Integration, Interpretation of blueprints, Mechanics, Electrical panels, Furniture manufacturing
• Driver's licenses: A
• Availability to travel: Yes
