About The Role This is a fixed-term role on Bolt's West Africa Local Marketing team, based in Accra. You'll be the on-the-ground heartbeat of Bolt's brand in Ghana — translating global strategy into campaigns that genuinely connect with local audiences across Rides and Delivery. You'll work closely with central brand, social, performance, and growth teams, and report to the Regional Marketing Manager. Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Own and execute Bolt's local marketing strategy in Ghana across Rides and Delivery, driving measurable growth in both verticals. Plan and deliver social-first campaigns that generate earned attention and strong local engagement, including creator and influencer partnerships. Identify and activate scalable local partnerships that support acquisition and brand growth. Support vertical-led brand activations — including airport, venue, and car branding — and contribute to local rollouts of broader initiatives. Manage budgets, track campaign performance, and use data-driven insights to optimise spend and investment decisions.

About You

You have proven experience in marketing, ideally within app-based platforms, marketplaces, or consumer brands. You have experience leading small, high-performing marketing teams across demand and supply initiatives. You have a strong grasp of brand, social, partnerships, and/or performance marketing, with a track record of optimising campaigns against metrics such as CAC, CPA, CTR, and LTV. You're comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced international environment, bringing both cultural instinct and analytical thinking to your work. You communicate fluently in English; proficiency in Twi or another Ghanaian language is a plus.
